ID06 and Heta Arbeten®
How do I register my Heta Arbeten® certificate in the ID06 Competence Database?
You can either register directly at the time of training or you can register your Heta Arbeten® certificate afterwards. Regardless of whether you do this during or after training, you do so via the Heta Arbeten® app. Even if you already have a certificate, you can register afterwards in the ID06 Competence Database via the app.
Does it cost anything to register in ID06?
No, not if you do it via the Heta Arbeten® app. The Swedish Fire Protection Association is responsible for all costs for those who have a Heta Arbeten® certificate.
Do I need to register my certificate in the ID06 Skills Database?
You need to register your Heta Arbeten® certificate in the ID06 Competence Database if you work at a site that is associated with ID06. The card is often used as an identity check so that you can enter your workplace. The ID06 card is mainly used at construction sites in Sweden to confirm your training and authorisations.
Why do I need to register my certificate in ID06?
There have long been special requirements for training and certificates in order to be allowed to perform various risky elements of work, such as those including hot work. The ID06 Competence Database makes it easier to control these authorisations, and it also facilitates the identification of employees at the workplace. Companies such as Peab, Skanska, Veidekke and JM, among others, have agreed to use the ID06 Competence Database digital solution to increase safety at Sweden’s construction sites. What is the ID06 competence Database?
The ID06 competence Database is a competition-neutral system for easily managing an individual’s training qualifications for the company and at the construction site. The individual’s training qualifications and authorisations are linked to the personal ID06 card, which is mandatory for everyone working at a ID06-connected work site. In addition to Heta Arbeten®, training and certificates, such as those for asbestos, electrical safety, fall protection, thermosetting plastics and safe lifting, can be registered in the ID06 Competence Database. My Heta Arbeten® certificate may already be registered in the ID06 competence Database. How do I know whether it is or not?
You can use your BankID in ID06 to log in and see what is registered in the Competence Database. You do this at ID06.
I don’t have an ID06 card. Will I receive an ID06 card automatically when I have agreed to register via the Heta Arbeten® app?
No card will be sent automatically from ID06. Your employer will order cards from an ID06 accredited card partner. Read more at ID06.
I have agreed to register in ID06 via the Heta Arbeten® app. What happens now?
Your Heta Arbeten® authorisation will automatically be linked to your ID06 card via your personal ID number. It may take a day or two before registration takes effect. You can view what has been registered to your personal ID number in ID06 Competence Database. You do this at ID06.
